Kayode is a Finance professional with a track record in Change Management and Business transformation whose experience covers; Audit and Assurance, Banking and Non-Bank Financial services, Aviation, and Maritime services.

He is the Co-founder and Managing partner of Florychen, a Leadership Consulting firm set up in 2108 which leverages on his core competences in finance and strategy, change management and personal growth to facilitate enhanced performance in teams.

He was, until September 2017, the Group Managing Director of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc (JOMS).

Prior to his initial appointment with JOMS, he worked as the Managing Director, Nigeria Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) Plc where he led the change and business diversification strategy of the company from 2011-2015, transforming it to an internationally recognized aviation services company as it became the first Ground Handling Company in West Africa to attain the prestigious ISAGO certification conferred by International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Mr. Ojo commenced his career in 1987 and has held key positions in Midas Merchant Bank (acquired by FCMB), MBC International Bank acquired by First Bank Plc.) as Head of Treasury Operations, and rose to Head Treasury Group as Head of treasury Operations, Associated Discount House (Coronation Merchant Bank) as General Manager. He was appointed to the board of NAHCO plc as its pioneer Executive Director Finance and Strategic planning training in 2009 and in 2011 was confirmed substantive Managing Director.

His academic credentials include a B.Sc. Economics from the University of Ife, (now Obafemi Awolowo University), and Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is an INSEAD certified Independent Director (IDP-C 2014) with over 10 years board room experience, functioning in both executive and non-executive capacities. He is a member of both the UK and Nigerian institute of directors.
