She also has expertise in strategic planning, new business start-up, market plan execution, capital asset oversight, cost containment, budgeting/finance, customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring, new product roll out, and targeted marketing.

Ngozi brings more than 30 years professional experience to the Board, having gained significant experience in supply chain management and general business development at Modandola Group and the Eastern Bulkcem Company Limited.

ADERONKE Odukomaiya is a highly motivated, skilled and dynamic Internal Control Officer, who joined MAFM as Head of Internal Control Unit in 2022, with a solid history of achievement spanning 10 years in Control, Compliance, and Audit at Polaris Bank (formerly Skye Bank), Wema Bank, and Unity Bank.

Solabomi Bozimo holds a Bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and has worked in the Banking and Finance sector for 15 years. As Head of Operations, she brings her experience in Banking, Financial Management and Customer Service to the team having previously worked with Capital Bank and Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank Nigeria Limited).

Temitayo Filani is an investment management professional with over 6 years’ experience. He has distinct expertise in stockbroking/Wealth management in the domestic market. He has held positions in Operation and Client Service (Integrated Trust and Investment Limited, and Head, Business Development (Heritage Capital Markets Limited.
