Jibril John Aku

Chairman

Jibril has over 30 years experience in banking with 17 at senior management levels. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ecobank Nigeria. He had previously worked for 16 years with Citibank Nigeria and was Executive Director Afribank Nigeria Plc between June 2003 and December 2005 His banking career included key positions in Capital markets, Foreign Exchange, Treasury Management, Operations and Technology. He has served on board of reputable companies such as Africa Finance Corporation, Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System and the Financial Markets Dealers Quotation, where he is currently the Vice Chairman. He holds a BSc., Masters, and a honorary Doctor of Science Degrees in Business Administration.

Ofili-Aku Vivian

CEO

Vivian is an innovative professional with more than 18 years of progressive management and marketing expertise in Education, Banking, Health, and General Financial services. She also has expertise in strategic planning, new business start-up, market plan execution, capital Asset oversight, cost containment, budgeting/finance, customer service, staff training, supervision and mentoring, new product roll out, and targeted marketing. Vivian has previously worked with Citibank Nigeria, Kakawa Discount House and Liberty Bank. She also served as the CEO of Telile LLC, a firm which provides financial consultancy and general business services to SMEs, in Lagos Nigeria. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Jos; attended The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Aresty Institute of Executive Education and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Jesse Aku

Director

Jesse Aku holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Mississippi, U.S.A. Mr. Aku has gained experience in Logistics Project Management, while he was employed at Telile LLC, Peachtree City, GA, USA, as part of a team in charge of re-branding SunTrust Bank, Nigeria in the transition from a specialized mortgage bank to a full commercial bank. His experience in Arik International Airline, New York, USA, where he served in various department of the airline, has further re-enforced his skills in Operations and Logistics.

Ibrahim Oruma

Director

Ibrahim Oruma holds the Bachelor of Science, Management Studies (Second Class Upper) and the Masters in Business Administration degrees. He is an Alumnus of IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, and attended the prestigious Harvard Business School in the United States. He is a thorough-bred professional with over 20 years experience, spanning teaching, banking, and financial services. Ibrahim has strong entrepreneurial skills and rich in developing, implementing and managing business strategies. These have been amply demonstrated in his current position as Managing Director of Atlas Investment Limited. He is a Director of a number of companies; these include Joint Aviation Services Limited, Ini Investment Limited, Hilbor Engineering Industries and Ivory Trust Limited BDC.

Ngozi Aniagolu

Director/Business Manager

Ngozi is responsible for Business development, Client Acquisition & Onboarding including general business operations at Marathon. She brings more than 30 years professional experience to the Company, having gained significant experience in supply chain management and general business development at Modandola Group and the Eastern Bulkcem Company Limited. Ngozi holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning, both from the Ohio State University, U.S.A

Winston P. Osuchukwu

Independent Director

Accomplished senior level professional with over 17 years of experience in investment banking, private equity merchant banking and asset management. Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, implement operational plans and achieve results with strong abilities to make astute recommendations on complex financial issues. Excellent education, training and practical experience in all aspects of the financial markets. Superior capabilities in building and directing top performing cross-functional teams.
